Inspection Services
Core TS Partners delivers technical inspection services for both preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Our specialists assess the condition and operational performance of raw material handling systems and associated components to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation. We also provide detailed inspection reports, modernization assessments, and budgetary cost estimates for repair or upgrade planning.
Maintenance Services
Planned and shutdown maintenance for conveyors, chutes, feeders, and flow control equipment. Our crews work to documented procedures and torque specifications, record every intervention, and hand back the system with a clear list of what was serviced, replaced, and flagged for the next window.
Spare and Wear Parts
Supply of original and equivalent spare and wear parts — liners, idlers, belt cleaners, seals, valves, and instrumentation. We maintain part interchange data for installed equipment so replacements match the original duty, and advise on stock levels for critical items to keep unplanned downtime short.
Training & Consulting
On-site and classroom training for operators and maintenance teams, covering equipment function, inspection routines, and safe intervention practice. Consulting engagements cover system audits, capacity and wear analysis, and maintenance strategy for existing material handling installations.
Repair & Refurbishment
Workshop and in-situ repair of worn components — pulley relagging, roller rebuilds, chute and hopper relining, gearbox and valve overhaul. Refurbished assemblies are dimensionally checked and tested before return, extending service life at a fraction of replacement cost.
